Goal 1: Expand the reach of the Cloudnine Coffee and distinguish it from its competitors by engaging in brand-appropriate online/social conversations to build both trust and awareness.
Goal 2: Position Cloudninecoffee on a broad scale - highlighting their customer service, product quality, and lifestyle elements that translates into leads and sales.
Goal 3: Reflect relatability and authenticity through social media by addressing specific problems and lifestyle behavior of target audience.
Goal 4: Leverage social media (specifically Instagram & Facebook) to sustain the media momentum to consistently build an enduring, audible buzz about Cloudnine Coffee.
Phase 1: Align with executive team on the vision for brand and key elements to focus marketing and communications efforts.
Phase 2: Develop a list of integrated marketing and communication objectives that are tightly woven with the operational and financial objectives of the business -- to include social media campaigns, community engagement and outreach, and customer acquisition
Phase 3: Curate content to support the brand and key objectives outlined in Phase 1. Photography and written copy will be commissioned or developed. Create branded content buckets to assure content aligns with the values of the brand’s lifestyle.
Phase 4: Execute digital strategy through implementation of campaigns, ongoing communication with online community, potential clients, social influencers, and analysis and reporting of campaign performance.
